Polovtsian statues, Izyum

These landmark statues are unique monuments of Ukrainian sacred art of the Middle Ages of the IX-XIII centuries. The exact date of damage to the status complex is unknown, because it remained under occupation for a long time. At the end of the year, it became known about the destruction of one of the statues and mechanical damage to others. Currently, conservation work has been carried out to protect and shelter the statue to avoid further damage.
