Due to limited access to water, the function of the city’s electric transport has changed – they were converted for the possibility of delivering water tankers to all corners of Mykolaiv. The city, which was under constant shelling for a long time, suffered from a shortage of generally necessary products – water, from the very beginning of the war. The wave of humanitarian aid is significant and symbolic.
